Every raw-material batch from a supplier carries its manufacturer LOT. Every finished product gets its own LOT linked to the MO and CO.

On the kiosk (Android/iOS tablet) the operator checks off every ingredient against a specific LOT. The system records it in real time.

This isn't a rigid box. Customising the Core modules to your plant is included in the deployment price. You unlock Advanced modules when you need them — no reinstall.
This isn't a free pilot. The Paid PoC is paid validation — the client gets a working system on real production, we get a plant with real data instead of a test environment. The PoC fee is deducted in full from the final deployment cost.
We bill deployment as a project — no hidden dependency, no subscription from day one. A clear long-term relationship in which your infrastructure and data stay with you.
The deployment fee covers configuring the Core modules to your processes, team training and the first 12 months of support. No subscription in year 1.
An annual service agreement — updates, technical support, access to new features. Roughly €12,000–14,000/year (about 20% of the deployment value). Optional, not forced — the system runs without it too.
Infrastructure and data — always yours. The hosting model (your own on-premise server or a dedicated VPS) is up to you. A Source Code License is available in the Enterprise model for maximum independence.
